Job Details

+ Owns, defines and drives specific strategies and tactical plans for Eliquis in Central America & the Caribbean region (CAC)

+ Responsible for: Generating revenue growth, lifecycle management, forecasting and OpEx for Eliquis as well as ensuring the realization of profitability across CAC

+ Matrix management & leadership to ensure optimal decision making between RTAL, local PIH Country Lead and local cross functional teams for effective support of the brand

+ Proactively driving the development of brand strategies to maximize the brand growth

+ Have deep market, customer, patient and competitor knowledge and insight, ideally within the CV space and effectively uses them to articulate and drive the brand strategy.

+ Acts as the single-point 'go-to person' on all brand related matters in CAC ,forms, represents the brand on all regional matters

+ Leads the brand cross-functional team in the country/cluster of responsibility

+ Collaborate with the regional brand team and other CBLs across LATAM in the development and delivery of regional initiatives and programs

**Key responsibilities**

+ Provides local insights and brand feedback to Regional team, and PIH Country/Cluster lead

+ Tailors and executes brand strategies to local market needs, and defines local priorities for the brand

+ Selects best-fitting modules from the region provided content and trans-create new promotional materials as needed

+ Manage local agencies

+ Forecasts brand performance, track progress towards target, and active involvement for revenue adjustment throughout the year during LE process

+ Allocates and execute in country brand marketing expenses

+ Develop brand plan / operating plan for Eliquis in CAC region and continuously evaluating opportunities for the brand

+ Cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, H&V, Account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.

+ In collaboration with the DBMs, leads the POA for Eliquis, customizes materials to train Field Force on product messaging and prioritization based on local knowledge

+ Partners with Medical to identify and manage Eliquis KOLs.

+ Develop appropriate MedEd initiatives and brand programs to educate Eliquis targeted HCPs on latest scientific updates and differentiated product attributes

+ Articulates and gains support for the brand objectives financially, strategically and tactically, and is able to work across the matrix to gain Country Lead brand plans and needed resources

**Education and experience**

+ 5-10 years of marketing or relevant function (medical, H&V, finance) experience within the industry

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

+ Master's degree or MBA desired

+ Proficiency in English and local language
