**Job Description**

Job Title : Country Brand Lead - Eliquis & Champix (GJL090)

**Locations** : Saudi Arabia-Jeddah

**Job Focus**

Own brand strategy for market. Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy,Drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and opex of assigned brands,Ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country


Owning the Business

Provide local insights and brand feedback to Regional TA Lead (RTAL) / Senior Brand Lead(s)

Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for a brand

or TA

Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)

Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target

Cross-functional brand leadership - across Field Force, Account mgmt, medical, legal,

Regulatory, etc

Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with CM/BU

Lead and RTAL)

Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory)

Country brand Plan: develop country brand plan that reflects deep market understanding

Building Organizational Capabilities

Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization

Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical plans and differentiated product Attributes

**Executive Maturity**

Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve product strategic and financial goals



+ Brand Plan: review of brand strategies by regulatory / legal

+ Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for country needs

+ Promo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials

+ Shared Accountability

+ Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with Cluster

+ Lead and RTAL)

+ Long-range forecasting (with Cluster Lead and RTAL)

+ Revenue adjustments, as needed (with Cluster Lead and RTAL)

+ Develop promotional strategy (with RTAL)

+ Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory)

+ Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical

- 3-5 years of management experience (Marketing or Sales)

- Bachelor's Degree; master degree or MBA desired.

- Marketing Assignment is a plus.

- Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
