**North Africa Cluster**



Own brand strategy for Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco & Libya . Define and drive country specific strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and opex of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country


Provide local insights and brand feedback to Regional Team Lead (RTL) / RTAL Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for a brand or TA Select best-fitting modules from regional content; translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project) Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target Allocate and execute in country brand budget Cross-functional brand leadership - across Field Force, Account mgmt, medical, legal, regulatory, Health and value,supply etc Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes



Brand Plan: review of brand strategies by regulatory / legal Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for country needs Promo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials

**Shared** **Accountability**

Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with CL/BU Lead and RTL / RTAL) Long-range forecasting (with CL/BU Lead and RTL / RTAL) Revenue adjustments, as needed (with CL/BU Lead and RTL / RTAL) Develop promotional meetings strategy (with RTL) Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory) Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical


Reports to the Regional Team Lead Works in close collaboration with BU/Cluster Leads and cross-functional partners across NA Cluster.


**Financial Accountability**

Accountable for accelerated growth revenues ($M 6-30) in the upcoming 5 years .

A Bachelors degree in healthcare Science (or equivalent). Business Management degree is an advantage Minimum of 3 years Sales, Project Management, Brand management or key Account experience Preferred 3-5 years of marketing experience Broad knowledge and experience of the TA & region is a Plus Proficient in written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage Proven track record as key achiever
