Job Details

**Key brands of responsibility:** Lyrica

The CBM supports the implementation of Lyrica strategy including brand plan and tactical plan (programs and supporting materials); manages a segment of Lyrica; Owns the budget and execution of programs in accordance with strategic direction of the brand for the country. Gathers and articulates customer insights that inform the brand strategy and the tactical execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide insights to CBL to influence the country brand strategies.

+ In conjunction with CBL develops the brand plan and executes its implementation with full accountability for implementation.

+ Assist in determining the best-fitting modules from Global / Region provided content; modify brand materials under guidance of CBL.

+ Work with local agencies for trans-creation of materials.

+ Track and report on progress toward forecast brand performance.

+ Execute country brand programs within allocated budget. Operates independently within defined guidelines.

+ Work with medical/legal to obtain appropriate approval of brand materials.

+ Ensures plans and programs are effectively executed with available resources.


+ Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for country needs

+ Promo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials

**Shared Accountability**

+ Develop promotional meeting strategy with CBL for PIH pain portfolio

+ Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory)

+ Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/KOLs) in partnership with Medical

+ Develop country brand Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations with CBL

**Education and Experience**

5 years of related pharma experience with at least 1-2 years of marketing experience within the industry strongly desired

Pharmacy Bachelor's Degree
