Job Description

Strategy and organization:
Direct, manage, and evaluate the implementation of the strategy at the level country and its results: areas of Data Management, Data Governance and data quality; following the guidelines of regional and global, with the aim of achieving an efficient data model, unified and homogenised.
Determine, locally, a work methodology based on cost reduction: by complying with the good use of the tools and regional features, such as: Data Management Workflows, Data Quality Analysis, Data Massive Load.
Lead the effective communication to the business strategy and the behavior of the process of data management, on a monthly basis (KPIS / Data Dashboard) data quality, time cycles and level of services.
Manage escalation processes / incidents within the team of regional Data / global, whereas the information related to the local data and following the regional procedures / global (Sustain IT). And accompanying escalation within business processes to ensure that complex and/or controversial requirements are validated by this. You must keep connected to the business on the progress on the climbing incidents.
Coordinate and evaluate the proper training and certification on the local computer of Data, prior to being provided access to any information from data-related tools.
Coordinate improvements in data management: promote improvement projects jointly with the business units, enabling to ensure compliance and regional alignment / global in terms of policies, procedures, standards and quality of the data.
Manage and track of the wage structure, objectives, evaluations and professional team of Data (PPP) career management.
Monitor and empower the team, ensuring the adequate growth, training and development of talent within the organization.
Ensure the execution of the role as a process owner, owner of Control and/or Executive owner of SOX according to the \"Accountability Model\" of the Global Control Standard, in the processes and threads in charge.

Project management:
To establish Project Management methodology to ensure Data Mangement activities within the business projects, maintaining the balance of time, money and resources, both in the daily operation and management of new projects.
Manage the indexes of risk, corrections and reporting of deviations from the activities of data within new projects.
Coordinate and ensure the escalations of issues to the Steering Committee of the project.
Support the EPMO in the country portfolio projects new capabilities, productivity and operational needs, involving the Functional Data Lead.

Policies, procedures and standardizations:
Design and establish data management policy clear guidelines that will ensure the correct definition of data within the process, ensuring compliance with the standards of Pepsico
Leading the strategy of government data at the level of country for all business units, complying with local, regional and global guidelines.
Ensure, together with the areas of Governance, Workflows, and Data Quality regional and functional areas, the integrity of the data.
Ensure compliance with SLAs in end-to-end processes for creating, modifying, inactivation, and bulk load of data.
Annually assess the processes carried out routine and non-routine risks, ensuring the execution of controls mitigating actions in each of the key processes.
Ensure that those involved in master data functional processes work under a control environment that ensure and certify the reliability required, defining Test script and ensure by its proper implementation on time and frequency.
Ensure the understanding on the part of his team's philosophy of PepsiCo in terms of the methodology of internal control (Global Control standard - GCS) and SOX, as well as develop control capabilities and create a proportional responsibility and allow an execution effective internal controls, and guide the efforts to mitigate the potential risks of the business under his supervision.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Pepsico and premises.
Ensure that procedures and manuals in the area of data management are developed from based on best practices and ensure their compliance.
Maintain communication with active owners of process in relation to policies, standards and procedures and decision-making administrative/operational. In order to achieve the quality standards, on time with effectiveness and efficiency in line with the values and the strategic lines of the Organization
Supervise and audit the correct documentation, certification and approvals by the business units, to comply with the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley Law (SOX) and corporate audits, ensuring confidentiality, truthfulness, and protection of company data information.
Determine, control and administer the policies, processes and procedures of the local master data management, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
Interact with the COE Data Global / Regional Data Governance to ensure a proper harmonization of master data that uses business and technical justification for the definition of the standard of data
Ensure harmonized master data to be shared seamlessly across functional boundaries for which business functions efficiently.

Knowledge of IT desirable and administration
Experience in Project Management
Participation in implementations of information systems, data migration / conversion, cut over, configuration of modules, knowledge of massive data migration tool.
Knowledge module of SAP.
Experience in the development of policies, procedures, standards, SLA and indicators for Data and IT management.
Knowledge of best practices of DM & DG.
Experience in leading work teams and people management.
Experience in management and continuous improvement tools documentation.
Experience in Data Governance, standard definition, policies and procedures.
Experience in work of multidisciplinary and technical equipment, as well as managerial strata / executives
Orientation to results. Experience in the follow-up of plans and deliverables.
Experience in finance, Supply Chain, sales processes.
Advanced proficiency in the English language to communicate in written and verbal manner with the region and global Data Management.
