Job Details

The CQ Senior Data Reviewer shall be expected to review data from physical and dimensional testing of commodities. The review responsibilities shall also include wet chemical techniques such as visual evaluation, titrations and pH. The colleague will also be required to review data from instrumental techniques including AA, HPLC, GC and UV/Vis, etc.. In addition to data review, this colleague could be responsible for assisting supervision with training, scheduling and other projects as needed. This colleague will be independent of the technical data review and must have an understanding of the implications of the work and knowledge of the context in which the work is being performed.

+ Ensures that all procedures and specifications have been followed for the testing of lots prior to release.

+ Prioritizes data review and release with guidance from supervison.

+ Assists in monitoring laboratory metrics associated with turnaround goals.

+ Function as a subject matter expert in the role of data review by leading group training within the CQ department.

+ Provides support to lab supervisor as needed and will be pulled to work on projects within the data review group.

+ Minimum of 6 - 8 years experience in a Quality Control or R&;D laboratory and experience with a wide variety of analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, AA, UV-VIS, etc.) and biological techniques (e.g., BET, antibiotic potency, sterility, etc.). Minimum of 2 years of this experience must be exclusively performing data review.

+ Knowledge of cGMPs and regulations outside of the US.

+ Good interpersonal, communication, organization and computer skills are required.

+ Knowledge of LIMS, Empower, and Microsoft Office programs is desired.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace manufacturing environment to assure on time delivery of completed packages to customers.

+ Demonstrate good ethical standards and leadership with the ability to alter schedule as needed to meet commitments.
