Primary Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Director, executes research, analyses and construction of deliverables for portions of larger projects or entirety of smaller scope projects
  • Works across 2 to 3 consulting projects at all times
  • Individual billable rate target of 70%
  • Develops self to master consulting skills and business relevant content to move toward expanding levels of responsibility
  • Contributes to the development of new tools and frameworks that drive efficiency in delivery when used by internal consulting teams and business development

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (strong preference for chemistry, biology, math, physics, engineering, or business)
  • 3 years of life sciences experience in either the industry itself or in a consulting setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a flexible, unstructured environment
  • Comfort level and ability to navigate within ambiguous situations
  • High energy level, positive attitude, output-driven and team-oriented
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  • Strong ability to establish and grow relationships
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in executing research, analyses and constructing deliverables
  • Project management training or experience
