Position Summary:

Welcome and thank you for your interest in employment opportunities with Del Amo Behavioral Health System of Southern California.  We currently have a position available for Full Time Customer Care Assistant/Driver.


This position provides a variety of services in the areas of transportation, environmental services, security, nursing assistance, dietary services, and maintenance.  Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Transport patients to and from the program safely and timely.
  • Performs basic routine vehicle maintenance
  • Maintains orderly and sanitary conditions of the facility
  • Responds to security needs of the facility, personnel and guests.
  • Assists in the front lobby during visiting hours to ensure contraband is checked.
  • Provides basic nursing care and aids with daily living activities of patients.
  • Prepares food for patients and maintains food services in a sanitary manner
  • Performs a variety of duties around the facility.  

Full and Part Time positions are benefited positions that include medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, AD&D, Flexible Spending Accounts, Retirement Savings and Stock Programs. Benefits begin on the 31st day of employment.

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Minimum experience/education in nursing, psychology, social services, or related field preferred
  • Completion of EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, Security Training program/equivalent preferred
  • Valid California Driver’s license with Class B rating in order to drive 15-passenger van required
