ROLE DESCRIPTION



The Customer Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs primarily with Government institutions that will positively impact the business and improvement on patient health. The programs are aimed towards increasing information regarding diseases and treatment to expand access to PIH brands.







RESPONSIBILITIES



A. Developing Customer Business Plan



- Identify accounts/institutions that provides biggest opportunities to create an impact on patient health.



- Develop a stakeholder mapping per institution to know who are the the key decision makers and program enablers.



- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative and high impact programs that are based on a deep understanding of customer needs, our products' offerings and sound business and financial judgement



- Contributes to PIH target achievement by increasing revenue per customer, and by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities



- Creates demand for PIH products and services by raising their profile with customers







B. Face of PIH in External Engagements



- Work with targeted institutions in implementing customised partnership programs.



- Develop a close and sustainable working relationship with Key decision makers in departments and institution levels



- Work with ABMs and Sales reps that are working in the targeted institutions, empowering them as necessary.



- Ensure that we optimise potential sales of all products and SKUs in targeted institutions.







C. Feedback and Monitoring



- Conduct regular assessment of program and provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders; making the tweaking as necessary



- Provide customer and market insights back to Sales management and marketing team for continued improvement.







REQUIREMENTS:



- Must be a University (Tertiary) degree holder; MBA graduate is an advantage



- Minimum 5 years experiences in pharma or related industry; Key Account Management will be an advantage



- Must demonstrate good business acumen, analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills and possess strategic thinking



- Must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities and effectiveness on working in a cross functional and matrix team
