Who You'll Work With

Cloud Platform and Services Group is developing a suite of software products that adheres to the ETSI NFV Management and Orchestration standard. The solution is an important part of Cisco's virtualization strategy and enables the powerful 'orchestration engine'.

The CPSG team will design, develop, and deploy transformational experiences leveraging Cloud Technologies for the Cloud Services market. This group within Cisco tasked with building the solution from the ground up to transform the future of virtual services delivery

What You'll Do

You'll be part of a dynamic team and be the type of person who has a track record in deploying and supporting SaaS offerings, comfortable eating your own dog food and wearing many hats in the process of supporting customer platforms, operating support tools, and maintaining service SLAs to our customers. This role has the following responsibilities:

  • Embrace new and emerging technologies to support operations and customers through flexibility and the ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Partner in a hands-on manner with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Interfaces with stakeholder, architect, development, dev ops, quality assurance and customers areas to ensure problem is resolved
  • Facilitate the leverage and reuse of solutions and technologies across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to future vision and strategy by conducting research and proof of concepts, maintaining a broad knowledge of new technical tools and trends, and envisioning how those tools could be used in improving the business processes

Who You Are

  • 7 + years of experience in Services Provider Customer Operation Role
  • Proven track record of managing Cloud Software offering to SP customers
  • Accomplish record of partnering with engineering teams, and customers; bridge the gap
  • Efficient use of time and escalations processes working across geographically dispersed teams

Desired Skills

  • Ability to converse with Senior Management effectively & translate technical terms into Business Impact
