Position Title: Customer Insights Manager

Job Location: New Jersey-Roseland

This position requires a passion for the omni-channel Customer Experience, and an appreciation for the various Customer attitudes and behaviors exhibited when engaging with an organization.  The successful candidate will be a champion for the Customer by conveying their needs/expectations to the various business functions throughout the broader organization.  This is to be accomplished through the gathering, analyzing and socializing of insights from the various Customer interaction touchpoints.  This same candidate will partner with functional and line management to conduct market research projects, and evaluate impact on strategic market planning objectives and strategies.  Work involves latitude for decision making and priority setting.

Partner with business functions to develop research plans through understanding, assessing and documenting stated business objectives

Analyze and identify Customer trends from both industry & non-industry peers

Develop survey questionnaires and moderator guides

Interpret research data to make actionable recommendations, including impact to internal Customer-centric capabilities and processes

Partner with business functions to incorporate customer insights into current project deliverables and/or to create new projects for customer experience optimization

Create awareness of Customer insights across the organization with the objective of making the Customer’s experience with Prudential resonate with internal stakeholders; accomplished by using reports, presentations and other creative communication means to socialize

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Data Analytics or related field

7 years experience in the Financial Services, Health Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods industries desired;

5 years experience in B2B or B2C Product Management, Customer Experience and/or Customer Insights preferred; Digital or Database Marketing a plus

3 years experience with CEM or CRM platforms; experience with Medallia desired

Understanding of different market research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and channel & industry best practices preferred

High comfort level working in a matrixed environment is essential
