**Role Description** Contribute to strengthening Pfizer's competitive situation in the short and long term through extensive customer contact and presence with both GPs and specialists.

Work independently, prepare and implement own plans for the district that involve both GPs and specialists. At the same time, teams are focused on optimizing knowledge / feedback from both their own district and the entire country.

Quickly acquire knowledge in both diagnostics / illness / treatment

An important task is to contribute to the launch of new products.


Achieving Pfizer's financial goals

Lead and carry out subprojects with good structure and compliance with project plan

Establish and follow up central lecturers and local KOLs in their area.

Listen to the researchers' needs and plan plans and activities.

Have an overview of available sales figures and analyzes that have consequences for activities in their area.

Competence transfer and run own projects for the purpose of achieving achievement goals

Projects that require insight into the field of therapy and clinic knowledge.

Could take ownership from start to finish in processes.

Special medical assignments may be added in collaboration / possibly after training from a medical adviser

Participate early in professional projects, cf. Materials, presentations, etc.

Communication and communication of messages within the therapy areas

Knowledge of data tools that our customers use

Pioneer of customer management and utilization of contact opportunities on stand / exhibition

Work independently and as part of national and international teams, as well as own their local area.

Be a key person in terms of prescribing customers in their areas

Own district Hospital and KOLs. Defined target lists.

Could have more main focus Brand both and responsibilities in GP and Specialist / Hospital.

Provide good innovation spirit and creativity combined with analytical and professional thinking

**Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):** Requirements for a drug consultant

Desired with health-related background

Pharma Advisor Education in DK (Desired)

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

Long experience and knowledge of therapeutic areas and knowledge of clinicians

Focus on results and communication and marketing / sales traditional channels and go new ways in terms of digital / web and possibly other channels.

Project Management and Processes - Hold the whole process

Acquire Pfizer Processes ex ACM and other internal rules as activity manager / project manager.

Own and operate your own area for which you are responsible

Acquire knowledge and put this into practice

Marketing and strategic operational skills to implement, analyze and follow up client projects and daily work in their local area.

Good cooperative skills to work in team, alliances and solo when required.

Abilities and knowledge to analyze own and competitors' products, markets and activities.

Must be able to acquire new information and be able to work with different brand (portfolio) to Pfizer's best.

**Organizational Relationships:** The post reports to the sales manager in IM.

The work must be done in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. All activities shall be conducted in accordance with Corporate Compliance, "Open Door Policy", Pfizer Norway's business ethics guidelines and LMI's regulatory framework.

**Resources Managed (budget and FTEs):** Responsible for sales and cost budget in own district

**Technical Competencies:**

Ability to use all Pfizer IT systems.

Use Office programs on a basic level (word, excel, ppt)

**Behavioral Competencies:**

Professional qualities at a high level. Be able to communicate and interact with customers, including KOLs within various therapeutic areas

Good ability to identify, develop and execute tasks independently and together in teams

Good cooperative skills with other colleagues
