Customer Service Associate (Annuities Disbursements)

Responsible for disbursing money from Prudential Annuities upon request. This incumbent is responsible for reviewing the forms received for "good order". Review includes but not limited to: tax, procedural and compliance requirements. Once the case is determined "good order" the representative inputs the request for the client in the appropriate system. For those cases that do not meet the "good order" review are referred for handling. Responsible for transactions including: full surrenders, partial withdrawals, excess withdrawals, dividend withdrawals, 1035 exchanges, transfers and rollovers.
The shift for this position is from 10:00am to 6:15pm.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work well independently
- Ability to think like the financial professional and customer, with a passion to deliver top quality service
- Ability to work overtime as needed
