The Record Keeping Organization (RKO) within Group Insurance is responsible for handling life record keeping administration for group cases. The type of insurance varies from group term life, AD&D coverage, Group Universal Life and Group Variable Universal Life, Critical Illness insurances. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong customer service background who is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and process work items accurately and within the established turn- around times.  

 

The RKO Customer Service position will support Prudential’s Group Life Conversion processes and may require the right candidate to feel comfortable working closely with applicants over the phone. In addition, the Customer Service Associate will be trained on the processing procedures and record keeping administrative systems for a number of functions depending on the client’s contractual services. Some examples of the administrative functions/work tasks include, but are not limited to; enrollment processing, beneficiary maintenance, billing and member policy changes. 

 

Training will be facilitated on the job with experienced members of the team. Once trained the successful candidate will be expected to effectively meet production, quality and service metrics in accordance with policy and procedures.

 

 


  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to change
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of Group Life Insurance Products a plus
