The Individual Life New Business Support organization provides the overall support required for the issuance and placement of an individual life insurance policy.   This role is responsible for handling transactional processing, as outlined by procedures to enable those processes.  As a Life New Business associate, you will help deliver outstanding service experiences to our internal and external business partners and our clients.  This position is an excellent opportunity to learn about the Individual Life New Business process at the ground level while gaining exposure to managers and leaders within this organization.   
There are six open positions that will be filled across the Policy Review, 1035, Forms, Process Intervention and Underwriting Process Support functions.

  • Highly motivated  with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize and change directions quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to learn, retain and keep  technical information up to date
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Dependability, as well as ability to flex schedule and work overtime during peak volumes 
  • Excellent time management skills  demonstrating the ability to work within deadlines
  • Previous experience in a customer focused operations production environment
  • Preferred experience in the insurance or financial services industries
