Description This role is responsible for leading of Customer services support specialist team (around 20 - 30 people).



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Customer service manager in Brno supervises staff who plan and schedule personnel to meet or exceed customer service levels while achieving maximum efficiencies. This person will cover a new project here in Brno and can build up his team. This role also include management of call routing systems. Manager supports development of long and short range plans to support a variety of operator/agent assisted services. This also cover cooperation with staff who plan and develop long term capacity utilization and support execution of tactical, short term plans to deliver on outbound capacity utilization with internal and external suppliers.



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

- up to 2 years of experience with call center management and customer service management

- fluent English is a must

- experience with a leadership of a smaller team

- network Operations

- forecasting

- process Management

- quality Management

- problem solver



**Education and Qualifications:**

University Degree or equivalent experience



**Additional Information:**

working hours 24x7x365 - flexibility is a must
