You'll help them make informed decisions about their care services by answering their questions, resolving their issues or helping them enroll in and/or select a health plan. You'll do this by developing and maintaining a productive relationship and interaction with all callers, while providing personalized, and consultative education and information. BriovaRx is a truly patient-centric specialty pharmacy. We take a hands-on approach to patient care that makes a meaningful imprint on the health and quality of life of each patient. We are committed to quality outcomes for the patients we serve. Team members use multiple computer platforms to complete required tasks. They work with patients and health care professionals and must have excellent communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus. Previous specialty pharmacy experience is preferred but not required. Must have exceptional customer service skills and be committed to helping our patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Prior management or leadership experience is a plus.

Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. Employees in jobs labeled with SCA must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Positions in this function perform various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders.
  • Interprets physicians' prescriptions and creates order, accesses, inputs, and retrieves prescription information from computer system, verifies whether order is reimbursable.
  • Dispenses any or all the following: unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals and injectable. 
  • Communications may be telephonic or in person.
