Position Description: The Member Services Representative acts as a liaison between members, potential members, employer groups and participating physicians and their office staff, when applicable. The Member Services Representative represents the  Health Plans Division and its policies and procedures when assisting members and others through inquiries, problems or complaints. The quality two-way communications the Member Services Representative provides ensures quality
services and appropriate problem resolution for all parties involved.

 

 
Requirements
  • At least three (3) years experience in customer service required
