When you join us as a Customer Service Representative on the Image Indexing Team for BriovaRx, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our health plan members each day as they look to you as part of their dedicated record management team. You'll be empowered to compassionately deliver exceptional experience to many patients per day always remembering that every prescription or document belongs to a real person who is looking for thorough and efficient management of their records. You'll tailor their experience by building clear and concise databases of medical records and documents, updating personal information, and creating orders for their prescriptions. You’ll do this by developing and maintaining a productive relationship with your dedicated team, while providing quality care and exercising a mastery of tools and skills. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers.
  • Build detailed profiles for new patients, identifying key information, and managing records into a cohesive product.
  • Evaluate and process all prescriptions and other documents for patients, payers, and providers and assigning them appropriately and promptly.
  • This team is responsible for initiating the work flow for the company.
  • Maintain and update all patient records and files by using the most current information to ensure accurate service.
  • Create medication delivery orders for incoming prescriptions while providing the utmost attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Route and triage all incoming patient documents pertaining to patients’ prescriptions, medical records, health insurance, and personal information into a clear and effective database that provides quality care to every patient.
Required Qualifications:
  •  High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • 1+ years of work experience using a computer and windows applications with the ability to learn other complex systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Health care experience preferred
