Are you a subject matter expert in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Join us to define scope, performance, results and you may assist management with vendors and service providers too. It's a plus if you’re working towards certification in project management.


Primary Responsibilities:  


  • Provide support for multiple vendor locations. This individual will manage the vendor relationships, act as a Subject Matter Expert, and drive performance at the site and across the Vendor's locations
  • Coordinate, supervise and accountable for the daily / weekly / monthly activities of vendors
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as: Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHT
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers
  • Manage and accountable for professional employees and / or supervisors
  • Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external business partners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with business partners to identify ways to improve business process
  • Contribute to the attainment of call center key performance indicators, and manage performance associated with each
  • Play a leadership role by in influencing action plans to drive / improve vendor performance
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of experience coaching others and managing towards metrics driven goals
  • 2+ years previous call center experience
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents)
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Excel (creating and editing spreadsheets)
  • 2+ years of Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create and present slide show)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
  • Microsoft Access (data entry) experience
  • Ability to create pivot tables, macros, v - lookups in Microsoft Excel
  • 1+ years of Project Coordinator experience
  • 1+ years experience creating or adapting a process for business improvement

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse
  • Office environment
