What You'll Do
You will coordinate with appropriate Cisco stakeholders and senior partner leadership to develop a multi year vision for solutions and services in alignment with Cisco Solutions, Software, and Architectural Plays.

You will identify opportunities for joint investment to help accelerate development of capabilities and capacities to drive key architectural solutions and focus technologies that will benefit both Cisco and the partner

You will develop and coordinate "virtual" teams of key Cisco and partner resources aligned to driving the success of identified architectural and solution initiatives.

You will work with Cisco BUs/BEs and GTM teams to identify new products, solutions, and verticals that align with the partner's multi year vision, and develop a benefits and challenges assessment of adoption.

You will provide technical direction and business justification for pursuit of new partner Certifications, Specializations, and ATPs as well as maintaining compliance of partner's existing portfolio.

You will create the partner Technical Business Plan as part of the overall Sales Strategy.

You will evaluate current partner's technical readiness relative to Cisco’s technical strategies (solutions, product, quality of service, reputation) and identify gaps in readiness. You will develop plan to address.

You will coordinate solutions and architectures training for partner technical resources that align to current and targeted focus areas.

You will facilitate positioning and business relevance development training (for partner to use with customer) to appropriate partner technical resources. Focus training around architectural plays

You will participate in the development, enablement, and measurement of the partner’s technical training plan for their sale, pre-sales, and delivery resources.

Who You'll Work With
You will act as liaison between various partner leaders to ensure disparate initiatives tie into the partner’s architectural vision and business strategy.         

You will develop relationships between partner's technical leadership and Cisco peers within business units, CMO, AS, Services (etc) to drive a common vision and strategy.   
You will establish collaborative relationships with internal resources such as Business Unit(s), Business Entities, Customer Advocacy Sales and Delivery, and Architecture teams.

Who You Are
You are a senior technical business consulting professional with proficient knowledge of a partner's specific business models, services , and architectural direction.

You are viewed as a trusted advisor by partner's leadership team and works in conjunction with a Partner Executive/Director to demonstrate the business value of Cisco Solutions by jointly developing a 3-5 year architectural vision with the partner.

You will act as the lead advocate for their partner within Cisco.
