As a Customer Solution Consultant for Premier Accounts in our Group Insurance business, you’re responsible for supporting the Claims and Sales organizations with consultative subject matter expertise on our Life and Disability products. You will work with Premier Account customers, brokers/consultants, and internal business partners to ensure a positive benefit experience that will drive increased sales revenue, customer satisfaction and customer persistency.
This position is located in our Scottsdale, AZ office or may be worked from home (Cottage Worker), preferably in the Central Region.
U.S. travel is approximately 30% and can be upwards of 50% of your time, during the peak sales season.
Meet with customers and brokers/consultants regarding Prudential’s group insurance claim key differentiating solutions.
Support the Sales leadership team on prospecting new business and retaining our existing book of business.
Influence marketing materials, including capabilities and finalist presentations that showcase Prudential’s differentiators in the marketplace.
Collaborate with internal business partners to address questions or concerns and facilitate timely resolution of issues presented by customers and/or brokers.

  • 8 years of claim operation experience, within premier accounts group insurance.  Multiple products (STD/ABS, statutory disability, LTD or Life) preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of current premier account group insurance industry products, practices, strategies, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and credible presenter.
