What you'll do at

The InfoSec Decision Automation (IDA) team is a security focused, software development team. We are security practitioners with a passion to bring the latest technology to challenges at hand. We are looking for a new engineering lead on the team who can help guide the technical vision and capabilities, while serving as a technical leader for the team to develop technical talent.

Role Description :

• Provides technical direction and expertise to the development scrum team
• Maintains security expertise by reviewing new technologies, including piloting them for deployment
• Drives the execution of scrum deliverables by removing technical road blocks
• Trains and mentors team members on new technologies
• Plans technical deployment of new technology stacks, including impact to current operations
• Delivers data integration by implementing shared data sources, developing and modifying code to export, transform, and load data
• Identifies technical or training gaps for strategic planning
• Studies data sources by interviewing users; defining, analyzing, and validating data objects; identifying the relationship among data objects.
• Translates requirements into technical solutions and then delivers them in an Agile manner.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 6 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 10 years OR 8 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 10 years.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- CISSP or other security certification
- API development experience
- UI / UX design and development experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages or technologies
- Experience with Apache Spark or other HDFS technologies
