Data Integration Specialist: The Added Value Services (AVS) division is one of ADP's fastest growing. Along with housing the payroll tax operations and compliance engine for all of ADP, AVS is the entrepreneurial test-ground for ADP, featuring those "beyond payroll" services that offer clients unique opportunities to stay in compliance and improve process efficiencies, while reducing taxes and other expenses. QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 3 years of experience working in a client service/implementation/technical support environment
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
* At least 3 years progressive experience in a service support role working with client account managers, new and/or existing clients, 3rd party vendors, and web based applications.
* Must have strong analysis skills.
* Experience performing a variety of quality control checks and validating desired configurations and workflows with integrations
* Must have strong process background including understanding, documenting and improving business processes that include technology tools or systems.
* Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, function in a fast paced environment, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and be results oriented.

The Data Integration Specialist will support and partner with our product, development, implementation, and client service teams, as well as, work closely with our 3rd party integration vendors to ensure that our client process and integration needs and issues are satisfied with quality and efficiency. Own and maintain client facing data integration specs for Tax Credits. Identify and implement process, tools and strategy for our integrations with 3rd party Applicant Tracking Systems into ADP Tax Credits. Act as liaison to ADP Tax Credits Integration team for current and future integrations with external sources.
* Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution
* Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs
* Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
* Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs
* Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate
* Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution
* Build long term relationship and trust
* Partner with other ADP support teams to identify, document and troubleshoot our data flow
