Job Details


Accountable for execution of DCE programs and communications that meet business priorities, add business value and adhere to all channel standards and compliance requirements. Responsible for the execution of DCE programs utilizing global channels. DCE plans need to align to brands' business goals in addressing challenges of sustaining meaningful relationships with customers to meet their informational needs in an effective and measureable manner. The primary focus will be around operationalizing established DCE strategy in order to help the business achieve their revenue targets whilst focusing on gradually delivering acceptable return on investment.


+ Leverage new technology to build innovative customer interaction channels and platforms

+ Drive integration of innovative customer interaction channels into business strategy

+ Orchestrate resources of various channels and design innovative and comprehensive customer interaction plan with business

+ Provide insight to customers by consolidated big data analysis


+ Operationalize DCE strategy using the established "stood up" global channels to support the business needs of brands while meeting the informational needs of HCP's

+ Lead the development of annual strategic and integrated multichannel marketing programs in support of Op Planning across pertinent brands and channels in Korea

+ Identify key local business goals and resource needs in close partnership with digital leads within the Business Units

+ Accountable for partnering with functions within and outside of DCE as necessary, to ensure that in-market promotional services and programs are effectively executed and consistent with channel standards and compliance requirements

+ Apply principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective customer-centric marketing programs

+ Lead internal DCE communication plans to ensure there is transparency and full awareness of global DCE services offering amongst all stakeholders in Korea

+ Drive optimum usage of the DCE channel capabilities in partnership with the BU

+ Provide Korea input into evolution of new global DCE channel strategies, working as required closely with DCE global channel leads

+ Work closely and collaboratively with Asia DCE Operations team

+ Be part of the CO leadership team, provide input into broader CO strategies and participate in regular CO leadership team meetings


+ Bachelor degree or above

+ At least 5 years of commercial business or digital marketing related experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Other industry

+ Demonstrates Business Acumen and Possess strong Analytical & Strategic thinking

+ Strong execution skills with proactive attitude and passion

+ Strong interpersonal & communication skills

+ Skilled in transferring knowledge to colleagues

+ Demonstrates successful teamwork with stakeholders

+ Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
