Description:

 

This position will support the workflow associated with the Regulatory Settlement Agreement related to Prudential Annuities Death Claims.  Incumbents will be responsible for reviewing and implementing practical solutions to meet regulatory and workflow requirements, fully addressing systems, rules, procedures, quality, controls and metrics. The Associate will partner closely with the Annuities Death Claims team though claims processing is not required. Very strong analytical and technical skills are required to support changes in regulatory requirements and evaluation of those changes, as well as changes in technology, procedures and rules.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills
  • Solid skills related to organization, scheduling and time management
  • Available to work overtime on short notice
  • Transaction and processing experience preferred
  • Annuities industry experience desired
  • Claims experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
