Pre-Sell Driver

If you're looking for a challenging position with one of the world's leading snack food companies, here's your chance to join our team as a pre-sell driver (LASR).

This is an hourly position, and you will be working a 3:00am-1:00pm schedule, up to 40 hours per week. Depending on the needs of business, you may be working over-time. Preference for candidates with flexible schedule availability.


Description:



Your responsibilities would include:

  • Loading and unloading of product from 5-ton trucks
  • Maintaining the DC/truck sanitation as needed
  • Comply and report on safety items in the DC/trucks
  • Deliver product to grocery stores
  • Complete order transfers to the stores upon delivery
  • Complete fleet regulatory documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Driving 5 Ton vehicle (Full Class 5 License, Air Brakes not required)
  • Daily, accurate reconciliation of paperwork and inventory
  • Reconciliation of invoice to product on order
  • Warehousing experience
  • Understanding of Customer Delivery Systems
  • Working in a self-directed team environment
  • Forklift certification preference
  • A strong professional image, ethical standards, integrity, objectivity, confidence and dedication to internal customers and contacts
  • Ability to work alone and make effective decisions throughout the day
  • Ability to communicate
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Able to set priorities and juggle several tasks concurrently
  • Controlled under pressure
  • Good sense of humour seeking opportunities to bring fun into the organization
