What You'll Do 

We are looking for a highly motivated Demand Generation Marketing Manager, creative thinker with outstanding digital marketing and customer acquisition skills, including hands-on experience with display and search engine marketing (SEM). This role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. You will use creative and analytical skills to understand our customer targets to create efficient, high impact marketing programs to align with FY forecast targets. You will optimize the campaign strategy and drive day-to-day activities for global campaigns. This position requires a person with exceptional people skills and the ability to think strategically while balancing the tactical needs of the day.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital media strategy and own execution of innovative integrated campaigns designed to drive new customer acquisition, continuously improve media spend ROI and assist in building brand awareness.
  • Domain expert on digital media including direct, programmatic, search and paid social.
  • Lead the measurement and analysis of online marketing campaign performance.
  • Consistently track and assess competitors while identifying competitive opportunities.
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continuously improve paid media creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, etc. for search marketing strategies.
  • Lead creative development and review with internal stakeholders.
  • Direct third party agency teams and be the main point of contact.
  • Exposure to DMP to leverage first party data across media channels.
  • Report weekly on KPIs and generate actionable recommendations to internal teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Adapt campaigns in real-time based on performance information.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and test new strategies that may improve campaign performance.

The Cloud Collaboration Technology Group (CCTG) is a one‑billion dollar ($1B) business unit that develops cloud based collaboration software solutions, and is an integral part of the $4.4B Collaboration portfolio at Cisco. Sitting within Cloud Collaboration you will be part of the Growth Team, which is focused on growing our customer base and increasing the number of active users supporting our meetings products, WebEx and Spark.

Who You Are

  • BA in marketing or other related field.
  • 6+ Years as a Paid Search Expert and Paid Digital Media Strategist.
  • 4+ year of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, SaaS company experience a plus.
  • Highly-analytical, data is in your DNA, problem-solver, and creative thinker.
  • Successful track record of working at or managing paid media agencies.
  • A solid understanding of the search engine marketing industry, paid search, display and retargeting, and best practices across these channels.
  • Capable of understanding our product value and feature set from a benefits standpoint.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Exceptional with Excel. Ability to gather, report on and interpret data to inform optimization and future decisions.
  • Experience with web analytic tools (Adobe) and Tableau.
  • Skilled in DMP management.
  • Experience managing affiliate marketing programs, paid social media and content syndication a plus.
  • Advanced presentation and PowerPoint skills; Ability to present to upper-management clearly and concisely.
  • Working knowledge of SFDC and Eloqua a plus.
