Job Details


+ Facilitates a collaborative and transparent relationship between site operations and market customers

+ Secures an accurate demand plan for the site and proactively manages changes and exceptions in multiple systems, analyzes and negotiates supply strategy and maintains supply chain agreements with each customer, coordinates customer communications and site customer service metrics.

+ Interacts with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Customer Marketing and Demand Managers, etc. to provide data, resolve issues and ensure that customer service and inventory goals are met.

+ Coordinates and supports product launch, product transfers and change projects as required and provides coordination and data to the teams.

+ Provides input into the site Sales/Demand and Operations Planning process.

+ Maintains and utilizes various systems and cross-functional reports.

+ Authors and reviews Standard Operating Procedures as required.

+ Applies technical knowledge to identify, recommend and implement cost-effective solutions to identified problems.

+ Participates in audits as needed and complies with all regulatory guidelines, documentation requirements and cGMP's

**Functional/Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of applicable technical standards, techniques, principles, theories, concepts and Pfizer processes and industry practices/standards. Knowledge of basic leadership principles. Focus is on leading/overseeing defined process.

**Education:** BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business or Related Fields or HS/GED with 15 years related experience

**Experience:** 2+ years with BA/BS; 12 years with Associate; 15+ with High School or GED

**Language Skills:** Effective Written and Oral Communication

**Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft office suite products (Word, Excel, Power point); SAP, SharePoint, and LIMS


Office work environment; however, will be exposed to warehouse and operational areas as required. Use of hearing and eye protection is required when in designated manufacturing environment.
