Job Description
The Dietary Aide/Cook will participate in the provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients, staff and guests. Responsibilities include: Prepares meals for patients, employees, medical staff, and visitors Accepts and reconciles deliveries and puts away stock Demonstrates proper use and storage of equipment and maintains a clean environment, including utensils, floors, equipment, etc. Maintains a safe working environment by following all safety procedures, including the use of Standard Precautions, proper storage and use of chemicals, and properly securing the Food Service area Cleans, maintains, and sanitizes all pots, pans, trash containers, cooking utensils, floor, shelves, coolers, freezers, store rooms, dining room, service area, and equipment to exceed any, and all inspections Serves each meal to clients with a caring and professional attitude and displays service excellence Join our team and discover a rewarding, fulfilling career.
