The Brook Hospital is currently seeking a Dietary Aide/ Cook to join our team.

The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must complete Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness Sanitation course for food service employees within first 60 days of employment.
