You will continue to evolve our digital processes, and ensure alignment between our local procedures and standards and those of our corporate operators and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for working closely with the Director of Sales and General Sales Managers in all aspects of growing a quickly-moving business, specifically through strategic and operational planning
  • Maximize digital profitability through monitoring and managing digital operational costs
  • Develop and plan strategy to maximize ROI with digital campaigns across multiple products to increase client retention and maintain these high retention standards
  • Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, compensation, promotion, discipline and termination of digital operational support staff in accordance with company policies.  Provide leadership to digital ad operations team members.
  • Determine SLAs of products (in accordance with corporate guidelines) and workload of digital specialists to create a baseline for staffing predictions and needs
  • Work with Sales Managers in developing digital solutions, positioning them to clients, and establishing plans and processes to fulfill in collaboration with Local Solutions, CMG’s corporate fulfillment arm 
  • Work with Sales Managers and Media Consultants to develop and execute growth strategies of our key accounts.  Join Sales Calls with key clients.
  • Explore, identify and establish workflow platforms and processes which can be universally applied across multiple markets.  Identify gaps in tools, information flow, communication and process and work with IT and other Program Managers for resolution
  • Manage ad trafficking, ad creation, QA, and reporting.  Establish a system for tracking project timelines and completion dates — ensuring all deliverables are on-time, on-budget without sacrificing quality
  • Lead operational training initiatives on reporting, tracking, optimizing, and maintaining campaigns
  • Manage the day to day digital operations 
  • Oversee ad ops escalations, resolving escalations regionally when possible, and managing escalations in partnership with corporate and/ vendors when necessary
  • Serve as main liaison to digital vendors and Local Solutions, CMG’s corporate fulfillment arm.  Manage these partnerships and align vendors with Atlanta Radio’s needs.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher is preferred
  • 5+ years of digital marketing and project management experience
  • Demonstrated record of success working with and leading teams
  • Strong understanding of executing search marketing (SEO/SEM), targeted display/ video, retargeting, and mobile marketing advertising campaigns.  Working knowledge of DFP, HTML and JavaScript a plus
  • Proven success at multitasking and working in a fast paced environment 
  • Proven ability to implement process and work-flow across a scaling company
  • Experience advising teams based on core metrics and deriving reports
