As the Digital Brand Manager for Private Brand you will be the steward of the Walmart private brand portfolio. You will develop the digital brand strategy and be the liaison to Walmart's outside agency partners for brand architecture and design. You will develop annual digital operating plans for Walmart General Merchandise Private Brands on Walmart eCommerce platforms, and create & execute digital brand plans for Walmart General Merchandise Private Brands for all customer facing interaction points. You will also be the liaison between Walmart U.S. store brand team; marketing programs, new product launches, major design/packaging changes, and brand architecture consistency for shared brands. You will drive eCommerce specific digital expansions and work with GM's, agencies and product development teams on launch strategies.



Achieves marketing objectives for one or more key segments.

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.

Develops annual plan(s) for one or more key segments.

Drives sales growth and changes in customer attitudes and behaviors for one or more key segments.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Manages project and initiative performance.

Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS with 4+ years of relevant professional experience (merchandising, brand, product development) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.

Ability to think strategically, to identify and tackle problems, and to recognize trends and make recommendations using data.

Proven capability to implement change on a large scale as well as navigate agile structures.

Some travel required, most likely to Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NY, and/or Madison Heights, MI.









+ Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 3 years experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years experience in marketing or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:Interest in business development, ability to invest in forging long-term strategic business relationships, and a desire to help our partners succeed and thrive on our platform.

Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously, and to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.







+ 1 year experience managing cross-functional teams.

+ 1 year of supervisory experience.

+ 2 years experience in online marketing.

+ 2 years experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.

+ 3 years experience in direct or indirect retail marketing, including product marketing and brand management.

+ Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
