**Digital Channel Enablement (DCE) Lead**

The primary purpose of the Digital Channel Enablement (DCE) Lead is to collaborate with Commercial Marketing teams to support and develop integrated marketing plans which align to brand plans; and to support strategies and goals to address sustainable, meaningful relationships with customers. The DCE Lead will lead a small team to operationalise and direct the development and delivery of digital marketing services ensuring adherence to channel standards and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities


+ Partners with Business Units (BU), Marketing, and Medical Centers of Excellence to review the current digital effort and support the development of a One Pfizer Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Digital Strategy, with a 3 - 5 year horizon

+ Collaborate with Digital Channel Enablement Center of Excellence colleagues locally and at New York Headquarters

+ Collaborate with Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) to develop channel / promotion mix analytics capability to present unified customer insights across channels (interaction metrics) to all stakeholders and propose recommendations

+ Directs the development and delivery of measurable digital marketing services for the country that deliver maximum value from collective digital investment across BU's, ensuring adherence to channel standards and compliance requirements

+ Understand and stay current on the global environment to analyze local and global digital platforms to effectively execute against the ANZ commercial strategy; ensure alignment with local, regional and global stakeholders on tactical plans and platforms

+ Accountable for delivering channel deployment plans, daily marketing campaign operations and effective and efficient channel capabilities

+ Subject matter and operational expertise in Marketo

+ Role considered both consultative and execution focused

+ Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective Digital programmes. Apply marketplace and competitive profiles, product profiles, market research, and detailed analyses to support development and enhancement of innovative digital marketing programmes and strategies for assigned portfolio in the region

+ Liaise with Drug Safety, Medical Quality Assurance, Corporate Audit, Legal, Regulatory and CO Sales and Marketing Services to enable and streamline processes in the compliance of marketing content developed for use across DCE supported channels

+ Align on Medical Legal Review, remediation and process improvements in the development of multi-channel operational and process compliance
