**POSITION SUMMARY**



Digital and e-Commerce marketing manager who plays an important role in TW PCH strategy is responsible for 1) TW PCH cross-brand digital marketing strategy development / integration with the total marketing media plan as well as plan development / execution; 2) e-Commerce marketing plan development and execution; 3) full year digital budget and spending management; 4) digital and e-Commerce capability building to the whole MKTG team. The Digital & e-Commerce MM needs to work closely with internal brand team and innovation team internally as well as media and digital agencies externally.







**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Develop total PCH and cross brand digital strategy integrated with total PCH and cross-brand media strategy.



+ Develop digital KPI and measurement toward to the business result.



+ Develop cross brand digital plan and execution cross all digital vehicles, i.e. SEO, SEM, OTV, digital IMC, social movement, social platform assessment and management.



+ Manage total PCH digital budget and spending.



+ Develop e-Commerce long-term and short-term strategy and plan including 4C (Catch, Connect, Close and Continue) model development including e-Commerce traffic maximization (on-site traffic and exposure), e-shopper based e-content optimization, deal closure plan and loyalty program to build up e-Commerce as a business growth driver and brand building platform.



+ The Digi-com MM is responsible for monthly Digi-com report, including project progress and results / learning tracking.



+ Build up total PCH MKTG digital and e-Commerce capability by semiannual training sessions to entire MKTG team.







**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**







+ Report to Marketing Director



+ Direct Report: 0



+ Internally work with MKTG brand teams / innovation team / e-Commerce sales representative and externally work with agencies (digital, media, creative, research agencies etc.)







**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**



**Education / Experience**







+ Bachelor Degree



+ More than 5 years of marketing experience and more than 3 years on digital MKTG, preferable in FMCG industry and prefer 1+ year experience of e-Commerce.



+ English fluency.







**Special Knowledge**







+ Strong digital MKTG planning and execution.



+ Familiar with e-Commerce platforms.



+ Project management ability
