We are seeking a leader to drive new and high impact Financial Wellness related initiatives. This director will lead the development and execution of high visibility strategies across Prudential’s products and businesses that will directly result in top line results for the company.  This is a newly created position that will be responsible for further developing the recently launched Financial Wellness digital engagement platform.

As part of the Customer Office Marketing team, this person will lead omni-channel initiatives that cut across all of Prudential’s businesses. You will get to work in a new team with the speed, agility and excitement of a startup and the brand recognition and stability of Prudential

 

Job Responsibilities

·         Co-lead creation and execution Financial Wellness strategic roadmap based on a good understanding of Employer & Employee level needs.

·         Provide advice/consultation to Prudential’s Lines of Business (primarily Group Insurance and Retirement), assisting them in creating digital Financial Wellness strategies and solutions.

·         Responsible for the development and implementation of an Engagement and Cross-marketing vision and strategy within the Financial Wellness platform.

·         Define and implement engagement standards and metrics for Financial Wellness.

·         Partner with Group Insurance and Retirement to increase adoption of Participant-level solutions delivered through Financial Wellness digital platform and enabled through Employer alignment

·         Problem Solving and Ideation to continuously increase end-user and Employer engagement.

·         Develop test and learn digital marketing strategy for Pru customer engagement that creates economic value for the business.

 


·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (8 years) in Wellness and/or Employer Benefits related functions. MBA or business degree a plus.

·         Digital and Benefits Consulting experience is a plus. Any experience with Participant or Employer-level marketing in Group Insurance or Retirement space is a plus.

·         Experience in Financial Wellness related platforms/capabilities is ideal. 

·         Extremely detail oriented with teamwork skills and the ability to work across functional teams and all levels of the organization.  Significant experience in leading cross-business initiatives is highly recommended.

·         Ability to connect dots and streamline content and delivery mechanisms.

·         Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to effectively work independently, as well as part of a team. 

·         Strong interest in marketing and customer/employer engagement.

·         Top notch written and oral communication skills while in presence of executive leadership; expert in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

·         Collaborative mindset that inspires those around them (peers and those more senior) to be creative and try new things.
