Prudential is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst for the Individual Life Insurance Marketing department.  The role is strategic in nature, requiring the development of digital marketing strategies and tactics for Individual Life Insurance’s digital presence, e-communications and other online marketing efforts. 
This role will require understanding the business needs, available technology and how to connect the two in new and creative ways to meet the business objectives. It requires understanding the latest digital best practices and how they can be applied across multiple initiatives and platforms to deliver a great user experience. 
We are looking for a dynamic digital marketer who has a proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies.  This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to understand business needs, dig into details, work closely with others and deliver results.
The person in this role will have exposure to a wide variety of projects covering web, video, social media, email, marketing automation and analytics.  It will require strong communication and project planning skills, working with associates throughout Marketing, content owners in Individual Life Insurance, and the US Customer Office.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead as a Product Owner working with the various business stakeholders and technology partners in an Agile environment
  • Help evaluate new platforms, tools and technology based on business needs
  • Help connect various platforms and digital properties to deliver an integrated user experience
  • Document and socialize tactic recommendations with Marketing team and other interested parties
  • Analysis of metrics and data related to digital marketing initiatives and development of recommendations to improve results 
  • Assume an ownership mentality and Ensure digital properties have appropriate, accurate, compliant content
  • Submit material, as needed, through the Marketing Review (Compliance) process
  • Keep current on industry best practices and integrate those best practices into the Individual Life Insurance marketing mix

  • 5 years of relative experience in a digital strategy role either in house or with an agency
  • Strong understanding of user interface designs and digital best practices
  • Knowledge of the common tools and platforms available for web, mobile, social media, video and email
  • Experience in working for or with financial services companies or other heavily regulated industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under tight deadlines and to seek results which are achievable
  • Self-directed, particularly detail-oriented problem solver with a big picture orientation.
  • Strong process and project management expertise
