What You'll Do
As a Digital Marketing Service Manager, you will lead our efforts to build, manage, and optimize demand generation services for Cisco's partners, helping them to drive marketing-sourced revenue. The digital services we offer our partners include:
*	Search Engine Marketing 
*	Display Advertising
*	Retargeting
*	Social Media
*	Email Marketing
*	Testing and Optimization (using Adobe Test and Target / Optimizely) 
*	3rd Party Vendor Services

In addition to helping us to build the digital marketing services, you will also strategize new digital marketing campaigns, assist regional teams in implementation of their campaigns, and manage our agency partners to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

We will look to you to ensure new digital services are effectively integrated within Partner Marketing communications, and manage stakeholders to facilitate content transformation

You will help identify new opportunities to broaden the digital services we offer to partners, prepare performance reporting, and manage agency budgets.

Who You'll Work With
Cisco's Digital Marketing organization will lead the next evolution of the customer experience by engaging prospects and promoting Cisco solutions through digital channels (web, social, media, mobile, data. point of sale, etc.). This team will deliver insights and enable marketing to analyze marketing campaigns and optimize execution in real time.

The Partner Digital Marketing team is transforming the way that Cisco and the industry enables and executes joint marketing with channel and ecosystem partners. Cisco is a long-time leader in go-to-market with partners and we're continuing this innovation by transforming the way we execute digital marketing with and through partners. Through a combination of education and activation we'll orchestrate the partner experience online to drive engagement and revenue.  As an integral part of this virtual team you'll play a pivotal role working with the Program Manager.

You are a savvy digital marketer that is seeking a position with global reach and influence. You are strategic, thorough, and passionate about digital marketing enablement. 

Our minimum qualifications for this position are:
*	BS/BA degree in business, marketing or related discipline 
*	3-5 years' experience leading digital marketing initiatives 
*	Experience building business cases, strategy and alignment 
*	Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing technology platforms and architectures 
*	Experience managing vendors / marketing agencies
*	Experience in managing a global program with regional complexities

*	Good interpersonal and influence skills 
*	Past job experience working with IT channel and ecosystem partners 
*	Experience working successfully with global teams such as regional field marketing and sales
