What You'll Do

You will be part of a group of talented individuals tasked with delivering an exceptional customer experience for our audiences across many digital properties and channels. You will be the bridge between delivering transformational customer experiences and the digital marketing technology innovation required to make it happen.  You will also have the responsibility to: 
*	Look at customer behaviors from many touch points to create a full picture of customer desires translated through technology. 
*	Manage the digital marketing technology innovation process—identifying new capabilities in the industry, developing use cases for getting more out of the existing tech stack, managing proofs-of-concept, evaluating impact, and creating a plan for scale.
*	Define and manage innovation components of the overall Digital marketing Capability roadmap, evangelize new innovation capabilities with business cases, update and communicate progress of capabilities to the broader team
*	Design, manage and support an innovation infrastructure environment of the core platforms for the Rapid Digital office team to enable high impact digital campaigns & experiences to our customers
*	Conceptualizing and prototyping for for the customer experience across various projects 
*	Provides input on marketing's strategic direction, development and future growth in areas surrounding digital technology
*	Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies/digital utility and makes determinations on the probability of implementation and usage.  
*	Serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams driving effective timely solutions to fulfill strategic needs of new digital experiences. 
*	Present complex, technology and number-heavy findings to an audience in a digestible, and aesthetically appealing way

*	Highly developed strategic approach to technical systems integration for both internal and external communications needs.
*	High proficiency in the capabilities, operations and functionality of key MarTech and AdTech platforms; 
*	Highly proficient and capable of detecting insights in data visualization tools, primarily Tableau.
*	Extensive expertise in omnichannel digital marketing, including websites, social media, email, and mobile channels.
*	Proven track record of identifying, implementing, evaluating and scaling new digital marketing technologies that demonstrate quantifiable business impact
*	Extensive experience working with Information Technology and DevOps departments (both internally and agency side)
*	Dynamic, learning agile and driven

*	Deep experience building teams and processes that deliver the highest-quality digital

*	Can clearly articulate digital marketing requirements and understands vast landscape of existing and new digital technologies and capabilities.  
*	A strong understanding and demonstration of user centered design principles.  
*	Ability to lead cross functionally - in a highly entrepreneurial environment 
*	Must have portfolio (examples of work) link on resume
*        Minimum of 3 years of Marketing Technology experience required.
