What You'll Do

● As the Digital Marketing/Webmaster Manager for Cisco Capital Corporate Marketing you will responsible for driving and supporting Cisco Capital’s corporate marketing initiatives globally – with a focus on web properties – including, CEC, and Jive.

● You will managing and streamline the regular content updates on and Cisco Capital’s CEC – with a keen understanding of the organization’s messaging, ensuring the technology is up to date.

● You will conduct regular SEO on key pages and reporting metrics to the appropriate teams – coming up with strategies to maximize page views.

● You will work closely with corporate marketing and Cisco to develop and build a global marketing dashboard capturing and reporting quarterly metrics and work with leadership to understand trends to inform strategy and projects.

● You will understand the importance of and manage the  customer journey as well as building out the demand generation backend tool working with corporate marketing and the Cisco digital team. Key audiences are: Cisco Capital and Cisco Inc. employees, our end-user customers and partners

Join a dynamic team within the vendor financing business at Cisco. As businesses digitize, Cisco Capital’s digital properties like, CEC and Jive are more important than ever.  In the digital / webmaster role, drive the web components within the overall digital strategy.  This role will own and manage the website ensuring a dynamic and easy user experience, simplify the customer journey, maximize lead generation and Search Engine Optimization, gather and study web metrics to determine what’s working and what can be improved, and make regular updates to most effectively reflect our financial offers and capabilities.  Work in lockstep with the Cisco Capital Corporate Marketing team and liaise with the team to increase value for the entire organization.

Who You Are

In addition to the skills/experiences listed below you will have a Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) and at least 10 years of experience.

● Must have strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, app building, WEM, limited knowledge working with Photoshop, understand Cisco web standards and ability to navigate Cisco support. Marketing strategy development and execution, in conjunction with corporate management and sales management input. The strategy and plan are a part of a holistic, integrated Cisco Capital corporate digital marketing plan.

● Serve as global marketing point representative for Cisco Capital campaigns and develop marketing campaign launch plan (e.g. Advertising, Search, Marketing, Customer Programs, Events, Web, and PR/AR Communications, etc.)

● Source and/or develop assets/content to support corporate  marketing initiatives, including social media and social selling plans, including thought leadership assets, business level whitepapers, blogs, presentations, infographics, VODs, customer success stories, etc.

● Jointly with head of corporate marketing develop, manage and enforce governance of the social media strategy and plan for Cisco Capital’s LinkedIn showcase page.

● Ensure Cisco Capital is leveraged and represented in Cisco Inc. initiatives (global communications, events, solutions, messaging, etc.)

● Work closely and collaboratively with Cisco Inc. and Cisco Capital marketing counterparts (as well as the other Cisco Capital team members as needed), ensuring consistencies across the segments and avoiding work duplication/overlap. Assess and measure the effectiveness of marketing deliverables by creating and maintaining a global dashboard. Align metrics tracking with marketing goals. 

● Must have strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, app building, WEM, limited knowledge working with Photoshop, understand Cisco web standards and ability to navigate Cisco support.

● Deep knowledge of coding for, CEC, and Jive.

● Deep knowledge and experience driving successful SEO programs. 

● Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.

● Work cross-functionally with key contacts throughout Cisco and Cisco Capital as an essential part of the virtual teams that drive segment, architectural, and vertical specific initiatives.
