Description:

Looking for a marketer of the future that can bridge technology & marketing to join the newly formed PepsiCo Digital Accelerator team. The team is charged with driving data informed marketing for North America Beverages (NAB). It owns the day-to-day relationship with the marketing technology providers, media platform technologies and digital creative agencies and ultimately serves as liaison between the marketing technology landscape and PepsiCo's marketing department.


The Digital Operations Manager supports the Director on multiple beverage brands and with internal marketing constituents, helping lead the agenda on ensuring the highest level of engagement between PepsiCo brands and consumers. This individual will be accountable for bringing brand strategies to life through marketing technology, ad technology and activation of data. Additional responsibilities include assisting PepsiCo's beverage brand's in bridging the gap between creative ideas and digital execution by challenging the status quo, elevating the role data and technology plays in the creative process and fully integrating data informed marketing into brand strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and leverage PepsiCo marketing technology to develop impactful and creative ways for the company to break through the clutter, maximize investments and drive effective and efficient ROI.
  • Drive broader marketing and advertising technology strategy, selection and management to maintain PepsiCo's best in class capability.
  • Provide guidance on individual brand launches and campaigns working to best use marketing technology, digital platforms and data to meet brand marketing goals.
  • Leverage knowledge of all digital platforms and emerging marketing technology platforms in conjunction with a vast marketing proficiency to deliver against both the short-term and long-term objectives of the business.
  • Lead the Digital Accelerator process across different marketing and Ad technology platforms to coordinate Strategy, Design, Execution and Measurement.
  • Develop consumer data acquisition, analysis and activation plans to drive marketing performance for Social, CRM, Email and Media.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization, including IT, and with external partners to act as a liaison between marketing and technology and ensure executional excellence of innovative integrated marketing plans.
  • Provide analysis of digital reports to synthesize benchmarks & provide brand specific learnings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience in Digital/Social Marketing, Marketing & Ad Technology, Programmatic Media, Digital Analytics and/or CRM/Email
  • Technical experience in digital production, Agile, HTML, JavaScript, Google Analytics, DMP, Adobe Audience Manager, Facebook Business Manager, DSP, CRM preferred
  • Agency, publisher or digital platform company experience strongly preferred
  • Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that is constantly evolving
  • Candidate should have a deep knowledge of the current and emerging marketing technology.
  • Candidate should possess very strong communication skills and be confident in leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 10% required
