What we are looking for:

 

Foundations Recovery Network, LLC, (The Addictions Division of UHS), is currently seeking a dynamic and talented leader to be responsible for achieving national admissions and account development goals while increasing customer engagement, establishing and maintaining direct referral relationships in designated target markets and building a national referral network to support a complete continuum of treatment with various geo-targeted access points and services.  This position will be located in Nashville, TN.   

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develops and implements strategic referral account management plans that support the facilities marketing plan.
  • Personally owns and manages a reasonable number of strategic accounts, and oversees the ownership and distribution of a reasonable number of strategic accounts by the Regional Managers.
  • Works closely with VPBD&S to develop and adhere to department annual budget, insuring adequate coaching, monitoring and use of Division’s resources, making changes throughout the year as needed.
  • Manages the company’s community education initiatives, primarily consisting of national conferences, as well as local and regional workshops, trainings and webinars.  Is responsible for the financial performance of the national internal and external conference attendance and insures other workshops and speaking engagements are efficient uses of staff time and effort relative to referral development.  Manages the calendar of events for marketing and business development and insures resources are allocated appropriately.
  • This position requires approximately 70% travel. 

 

Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Counseling or a social science related field (Masters Degree preferred)
  • 5+ years Sales Management experience
  • 3+ years of psychiatric healthcare marketing experience, multi-facility and/or multi-department
  • Completion of a sales training program preferred
