The Director of Benefits Analytics plays a lead role in supporting the health and well-being strategy through the delivery of actionable quantitative and qualitative analysis supporting the performance management and market competitive position of the benefit plans and programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Health & Wellness, this role will be responsible for leading all benefits reporting and analytical work needed to support the advancement of the company’s well-being strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the identification and evaluation of relevant metrics that drive the success and financial efficiency of benefits programs.
  • Key contact/lead for data warehouse relationship directing all business requirements, prioritization of projects and evaluation of results.
  • Partners with external consultants or other sources as necessary to bring forward relevant market data in order for senior leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Work with Benefits Design team to lead benchmarking and cost projections necessary to support annual (or ad hoc) plan design review for U.S. health and welfare programs.
  • Work with Well-Being and Innovation team to support dashboards needed to evaluate program and pilot effectiveness.
  • Prioritize, direct and review a portion of Sr. Benefits Analysts? work (primarily reporting and survey completion needed to support benefits analytics work).
    Collaborate closely with the compliance, administration and well-being benefits leaders and teams.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Analytics Team, HRIS and Health Plan data contacts.
  • Translate highly complex concepts and data in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
