This colleague will assist global CI Integration Team Leader and will work closely with COE, PHI, medical affairs and the three business units (AI/SI/Biosimilars) to manage all PMR and customer insights work and coordinate and help apply critical drivers to ensure future success of three business units.

This person will manage and coordinate customer insights to support commercial development activities, pre-launch and launch customer planning and asset story to refine unique value proposition based on fit for purpose methodologies. This person supports all three COEs and drives customer understanding from different channels.

This person has a dual role of supporting their manager in driving internal partner for China and Emerging markets and and coordinates learnings from other CS capability pillars. The role can be based out of NY, China or other Asia Pacific regional offices and can expect up to 20% out of country travel.


+ Partner with business units, COEs and MA teams to create CI learning plans

+ Support MR design, alignment and application of customer learnings

+ Coordinate strategic capabilities from other CS work streams such as segmentation, foresights, brand building, communication principles, loyalty & engagement drivers are applied to drive maximum benefit for business units, COEs and MA teams

+ Ensure effective partnership across and within region and global team

+ Support development of customer input in the business vertical Op Plans and ensure market & competitive insights enrich and optimize the plans

+ Ensure clear communication with business units, COE & MA teams around CI plans

+ Work with regional leadership to identify data gaps


+ A minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with broad knowledge of healthcare environment, therapy area, physician & patient dynamics

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Experience working in a global context is essential

+ 3+ years in marketing experience ideally at Global, Region or Local level

+ Experience working in complex matrix organizations

+ Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication and presentation skills

+ Experience working across different cultures and with colleagues who represent diverse experiences and skills

+ Strong problems solving and conflict resolution/negotiation skills

+ Experience in market research and insights creation capabilities

+ Solid organizational skills, vendor and project management
