ADP is currently seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Director to oversee and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the MNC (Multinational Client) business unit. The ideal candidate will have distinct experience across a wide range of digital disciplines, with proven experience collaborating with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team of experts. Administration includes content strategy, website management, online brand awareness, pay-per-click (PPC) platforms, generating inbound traffic, etc. The Digital Marketing Director is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for technology and stays cutting edge on all the latest trends and changes within digital marketing industry. Candidate should possess strong background with mobile apps, online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) as well as overall information technology knowledge. Responsibilities
* Coordinate the planning, maintenance, and accessibility of the company's owned and paid digital marketing assets along with the advertising and promoting content across all digital channels
* Lead Search Engine Marketing strategy, including, but not limited to PPC and SEO methods
* Responsible for coordination, design, and content of the MNC section of the corporate website as well as the individual country's websites to ensure consistency across all properties
* Ensure the website is current and layout, positioning, navigation, content etc. are all monitored for maximum performance
* Develop a digital marketing plan that blends seamlessly with the overall MNC marketing campaigns
* Assist with marketing communications and work closely with IT and brand departments to ensure compliancy with corporate brand guidelines
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, etc....
* Knowledge and experience with creating websites, digital ads, wireframes, video/image/infographics preferred
* Leverage analytics and experimentation (A/B testing and multivariate) capabilities to innovative marketing strategies and collaborate with Marketing Operations to report KPI's to the MNC business
* Ensure content on all sites is updated appropriately based on new and updated products / services while maximizing search optimization
* Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
* Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
* Collaborate with Content Development to design, build and maintain our social media presence
* Evaluates and manages the digital ecosystem with other Marketing Team members to ensure brand consistency and efficiencies, i.e., blog, e-newsletters, online lead generators Requirements
* 7 -- 10+ years working in a Digital Marketing environment (HCM experience preferred)
* Clear understanding of SEO and PPC advertising
* Experience managing and implementing digital advertising programs
* Must have e-mail marketing, content writing, and social media management experience
* Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy/tactics to maximize effectiveness
* Deep understanding of Google Analytics and associated metrics; Google AdWords Certified preferred
* Skilled in HTML, DHTML, and CSS
* Ability to think globally and execute locally
* Experience working in a highly matrixed, global environment
* Strong communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills

* Bachelors (Master's Degree preferred) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
* Additional or advanced degrees in analytics or software development / programming preferred
