The Digital Strategy & Data Innovation Team has been established to accelerate the adoption of robust digital & data solutions and compliant policies across the enterprise. Working across commercial, R&D and supporting functions, the team is responsible for recommending, incubating and operationalizing new capabilities in the big data and technology arenas that help Pfizer advance how it engages customers and meets business needs in a changing health landscape.







The Head of the Digital Review Team (DRT) leads a cross functional team in the development, maintenance and communication of digital Advertising & Promotional guidelines for US marketing teams. The guidelines that this colleague is responsible for span traditional digital communication channels such as websites, media and search as well as newer channels such social media, EMR and apps. In addition, the DRT team also supports marketers as they want to use new or new uses of existing digital tools and channels via concept reviews. These reviews help the team identify the right guardrails as they develop new campaigns and tools for health care professionals and patients







This job is a great opportunity for a pharmaceutical marketer who wants to go deeper on digital channels and focus on how we evolve our digital standards or for someone who has worked at an agency for a pharma client and knows the ins and outs of the digital review process and channels. You will be able to extend your his/her network of commercial, regulatory, legal and medical colleagues across the US business units and help shape how digital is activated within the US organization. This colleague will report to the Head of Digital Innovation. Key activities include:







+ Lead the weekly DRT meeting, managing and prioritizing all team activities



+ Maintain current DRT guidelines (e.g. search, Facebook, twitter, mobile) & add new guidelines as needed







+ Provide support to stakeholders - answering questions about the guidelines and their preparation for DRT concept reviews and holding periodic training sessions



+ Manage relationships with key internal and external partners



+ Continue to evolve operating model focusing on internal customer engagement



+ Track digital channel and marketing trends and identify implications for Pfizer marketing practices



+ Update the DRT website periodical with new content



+ Manage all stakeholder communications including content development and stakeholder list management based on communication plans







**Qualifications**







+ Bachelors degree required



+ 11+ years of work experience and 5+years of experience directly (marketing/technology) or indirectly (strategy, regulatory, medical, legal) developing digital marketing programs



+ Fluency in digital tactics, social media, and key channels (e.g. mobile, website); Understanding of the broader digital landscape including new and emerging channels



+ Proven track record of leading projects and leading teams that successfully achieve milestones and deliverables



+ Strong understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements and the RC process for US promotional materials



+ Excellent collaboration, problem solving and negotiation skills



+ Strong written and or oral communication skills
