Data scientists, front and back-end engineers, product managers, and web and UX/UI teams collaborate alongside e-commerce experts to envision, prototype, and bring revolutionary ideas to life in a dynamic, flexible and fun work culture.Job Title:Director eCommerce International Business CollaborationPosition Summary:o Drives the alignment of international markets with Walmart's enterprise and market strategies and objectives by engaging oversight and guidance for strategic international ecommerce projects that add value to the markets; guiding in country leadership on strategy implementation; revising strategies as needed based on business or external changes; communicating priorities; developing tracking tools; and influencing and gaining alignment of stakeholders.

o Consults with internal organizations on strategic ecommerce initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams across the business; developing high-level, long range project plans and timelines to achieve strategic goals; recommending strategies, activities, and best practices; documenting project scopes; prioritizing and aligning work streams within corporate strategies; integrating and prioritizing timelines, tasks, analysis, and team assignments; ensuring proper planning, testing, and delivery of high-level strategic initiatives; and communicating with and influencing decision-makers and executives within the organization.

o Oversees team performance and business governance and support through summits/JBP/Forum by developing relationships with key individuals that host best practices and corporate functions that manage programs and systems deployment; providing guidance on conducting key analysis and research projects; identifying relevant topics; setting up and managing task forces; determining summit & JBP direction and success factors; leading cross functional problem solving; and overseeing third party consulting firms work.

o Oversees the operations of discussions and stakeholder participation for summits by setting best practices for agendas, tools and templates for facilitating the functioning of the summits/summit; guiding the coordination of logistics for summit sessions; validating pre-reading and presentation materials for summit discussions; ensuring the socialization of meeting agendas and content with summit members and key stakeholders; improving processes for before, during and after summits; evaluating feedback from summit discussions; reviewing reports of past summit meetings, and functional requirements; and coordinating internally between summits to align process and output.

o Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:o Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
