Executing reputational engagement with Washington, DC constituencies including trade associations, think tanks, and thought leaders;

Managing relationships with internal business partners and facilitating executive visits to DC on priority topics.

Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics

+ Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce

+ Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

+ Develops and maintains relationships with senior and executive management in various operational areas (for example, taxes, trade, sustainability, labor)

+ Ensures alignment of Walmart's overall corporate goals and business objectives with government policy

+ Influences legislation and regulations impacting Walmart's operations, associates, and customers

+ Oversees the execution of charitable and political giving initiatives

+ Provides overall direction

Additional Preferred Qualifications:Strong working relationships with members and staff of Senate Commerce Committee preferred; Minimum 8 years Congressional or Executive branch experience preferred. Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
