Candidate will need to be based within the territory.

Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics at all field levels of the organization

Provides overall direction for local labor and related associate relations challenges

Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce

Develops local strategy and leads company response to local, market, and division level union organizing in retail, distribution, and other company formats

Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

Participates in providing advice and resources to assist with the companys national strategy.

Develops, plans and directs responses to labor issues for area of responsibility

Drives regional and local labor and associate relations strategies across multiple business formats

Oversees and coordinates the assessment of labor relations opportunities and challenges in assigned geography

Minimum travel and in-facility work may consume 30% - 60% of working timeMinimum Qualifications:



+ 3 years of supervisory experience.

+ Bachelor s degree in Business or Human Resources or related field OR 7 years experience in human resources or labor relations or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications: 3 years experience in a retail business

4 years experience in developing and executing a labor relations strategy in a union-free environment

2 years experience managing or administering collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).

Post grad degree (Law degree, Masters in Labor Relations).
