+ Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics

+ Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce

+ Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

+ Oversees Sam's Club Fresh standards

+ Oversees and manages financial planning and analysis

+ Oversees club Fresh processes

+ Oversees the relationship with third party technical team

+ Partners with the Fresh Merchandising group

+ Provides overall direction

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 4 years experience in retail operations management, fresh food retail operations management, finance, or related field OR 6 years experience in retail operations management, fresh food retail operations management, finance, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ 4 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.

+ 4 years' supervisory experience.

+ 4 years experience creating budgets and managing profit and loss (P and L) statements.

+ 4 years experience in fresh food merchandise buying.

+ Project Management Certification (for example, PMP or PMI).
